How far in advance do I need to place my pick-up catering order?

We recommend placing your order at least 48 hours in advance to ensure availability and preparation time. However, we have taken orders with as little as 2 hours' notice.

Is there a minimum order amount for pick-up catering?

The minimum order amount for pick-up catering is $150.

Can I customize the menu for my pick-up order?

Absolutely! We are happy to work with you to customize your order to suit your event's needs. Please reach out to our catering team to discuss your preferences.

Delivery Catering FAQs

What are the delivery fees, and how are they calculated?

Delivery fees are based on the distance from our establishment to your delivery location. Please contact us with your address for a precise quote.

How do you ensure the food stays fresh during delivery?  

Our food is transported in insulated carriers designed to keep the temperature consistent, ensuring your food arrives fresh and ready to enjoy.

Is there a maximum delivery radius?

We typically deliver within an 8-mile radius. Please reach out to our catering team for delivery options outside our standard radius.

Full Service Catering FAQs

What does full service catering include?

Our full service catering includes setup, food service, clean-up, and all tableware. Our staff will be on hand to ensure your event runs smoothly from start to finish.

How many staff members will be provided for my event?

The number of staff members provided will depend on the size and requirements of your event. We ensure a high staff-to-guest ratio for impeccable service.

Can I request special menu items for my event? 

Absolutely! We pride ourselves on creating custom menus that cater to your event's theme and your personal tastes.

Additional Catering FAQs

Are there any discounts for large orders? 

We currently do not offer any promotions.

Can I schedule a tasting before placing a catering order?

Yes, we offer tastings for large events. Contact our catering team to schedule a tasting session to ensure your menu choices meet your expectations.

Do you provide utensils, plates, and napkins with catering orders? 

We do not provide any of the above; however, you can pre-order them with our catering specialist.

What happens if there's an issue with my order upon pick-up or delivery?  

We strive for perfection, but in case of any issues, please contact our catering team immediately. We will work swiftly to address and resolve any concerns.

Order Details FAQs

What is the earliest time I can pick up my order?

For most items, we aim to have orders ready by 11:00 AM. Exceptions may apply depending on specific items, and our team members will make every effort to accommodate your needs.

When is the earliest my order can be delivered?

Most orders can be delivered as early as 11:30 AM for your convenience.

How and when do I pay for my catering order? 

Once your catering order is drafted, our team members will email or text you a link for online payment. Payment is expected no later than 24 hours before the scheduled delivery time.

What is your cancellation policy?

Things happen, we totally get it. However, credit card processing companies don't share our prospective. Thats why canceling AFTER you've paid, costs us 3% in credit card fees, which we pass on to you. If you haven't paid your invoice yet and want to cancel, NO FEE is applied.

Can I add items from your regular menu to my catering order?

Absolutely! Our catering specialist can incorporate items from our regular menu into your catering order for a personalized touch.

Are sauces included with protein trays and wraps?  

Yes, all wraps and protein options include Hot Sauce + Garlic or/And Tahini Sauce for added flavor.

Do you provide full service/setup for events?

Yes, we offer full-service setup, tear-down, and on-site cooking for both private and corporate events.

Do you host private events at your space? 

Currently, we do not have the capacity to host private events. However, we are planning to offer this service once our Redwood City Location opens.
